spam me with suggestions for a good crib for sidecarring!

the title pretty much says it all. What cribs, or what qualities in a crib, should I be looking for? We want to sidecar, because my chronic pain issues mean I really need my memory foam mattress, and DH has a cpap, so I don't want to mess with all that.

I decided that any convertible crib (converts into a toddler daybed, full size headboard, etc.) would be sturdy enough to do the trick, and it did. This is our crib: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...LAID=401709605

IKEA has some great cribs..I believe all of them convert to toddler beds..simple design, no moving parts and mine has lasted through 3 kiddos as a sidecar then toddler bed.

yay, thank you! I love IKEA, and they have some really reasonably priced cribs, including a couple of convertible ones.
