i'm making my daughter a fairy tutu dress for halloween. i have the tutu dress finished, but it is a little too sheer, and itchy. i've found a lavender crushed velvet onesie (with turtleneck and sleeves) that i'm thinking about attaching it too. it's going to be in the mid 70's on sat, and we'll be mostly inside.
do i attach the tutu to the bodice area of the onesie and let it go at that. i kinda want to attach it there, cut the top of the onesie off, and put on pretty ribbon shoulder straps.
