Digital Photography workshop online?

Anyone know of a good online digital photography workshop/course? Just got a new (used) DSLR camera and really want to use it well...I used the auto setting on my old one all the time.

not sure if this is what youre looking but this site is very popular and well known. ive never used it but i am a fan of the site owners writing on problogger.
