ovulation predictors

Ok, I tried an ovulation predictor for the first time this week. I wanted to get some kind of confirmation that yes, I am ovulating when my temp goes up. Here's what happened:

Monday: squinty line
Tuesday: pretty dark line, but not quite as dark as the control
Today (Wednesday): medium-light line

Does this mean I didn't get fully ready to ovulate, or does this mean that I missed the surge? I tested at around 3:15 every day. My temp usually jumps up on day 15 or 16, and today was day 13. Thanks for your knowledge and input!

keep testing

Yup. Keep testing. A test could be lighter than the day before, then a day or two later, you've got a positive.

whoa, you're totally right! Big positive OPK today! It's ridiculous that I get happy from that. It's NOT a HPT. I have to keep saying it. lol...

But isn't nice to see a friggin' line already? I get such a satisfaction out of that too

Right on time. You better get to bd!

Temps are usually used to confirm a + opk, not the other way around. You can get a + opk and not O. However, once you get a thermal shift, you can be very confident that you have Oed.
