Should I be worried about this?

I have a *very* generous supply of breast milk. My right breast has always been a bigger producer than my left. For the past few weeks, my right breast constantly feels full - I would nurse DD off it exclusively if I wasn't worried about my poor left. Is this something I should be worried about, or do you think it's normal?

TIA!

For several weeks, I had a very sore nipple on my right side. That, combined with my preference to nurse on the left (because I'm right handed), left me pretty much exclusively nursing on the left and exclusively pumping on the right for about 6 weeks. I only pumped twice a day, where as I was nursing 5-6 times a day. I started nursing on the right again once the nipple healed, and the milk production came back a bit (I'm have a wicked over supply and what I pumped I donated, so having enough was never an issue). However, lefty still produces much more than righty, and I never get engorged on the right, but still do sometimes on the left. But other than that, it hasn't been a problem. As long as you have enough milk, I wouldn't worry about which one is producing more or less. I still nurse more on the left than the right. Just as long as you don't get any plugged ducts you should be fine. As long as you're not uncomfortable or feel like you have an infection, I would say it's normal.
