Little guy's sick.

Realized last night that the fussy was more than normal... had a low-grade temperature and even more congested than has been normal (the formula congests him). He was up every 60-90 minutes last night.

Not sure if it was the stress of going out yesterday (he met his great-grandma yesterday), or the high winds, or if it's a bug. But he's full of snot and his poops are almost greasy looking (from mucus?).

Oh no! I hope it passes quickly and he is feeling better soon!

watch the temp...100.4 is considered a medical emergency in an infant less than 3 months and warrants a trip to the er. if that happens, be prepared to be admitted, so consider packing a bag for yourself before you go. i learned that the hard way unfortunately.

my little guy got a cold from his big brother, and the ped told us the same thing... at the first sign of a fever bring him right in to the office, if its the middle of the night go to the ER. she said that fever in a baby under 6 weeks old needs to be watched carefully. hope your little one is feeling better soon.

Luckily it never broke 100, and it seems to be gone this morning. But it was a miserable night.

glad the temp is gone. hope he is better soon. i know when mine gets sick i will more than likely freak out and worry myself silly.
