I've been making bread using the "Artisian Bread in 5 Minutes" and I went to pull out my container today, and the top of the bread dough was darker (like a gray color) than the dough underneath. The dough smells normal. I made the dough about 4 days ago. Does this happen over time, or is my dough bad?
