THEN they take the most disgusting taste on the planet and try to mix it with CINNAMON? it really only makes it worse! Its like spraying a flower scent into a pig house.. its just rose-scented s#$%!!

I think the first thing that shocked me was- ITS NOT OIL! its more similar to a brown lard, i'd say. Some sort of disgusting lacquer, it must be a joke right?
Okay, fine, suck it up, B, hold your nose, and just take it. :Puke and now.. 5 hours later-- i STILL taste it. and my stomach STILL is upset.
Please tell me there is a secret. I would rather inject it into me with a syringe! and i HATE needles

. This is all I've heard about it. We take regular CLO and I just mix it into yogurt or my veggie dip and it disappears.


When I do I'll be sure to avoid the cinnamon! Looking into capsules.... Anyone found a decent taste? Maybe mediterranean or rosemary or whatever it's called? Pre-fermentation I used to get the orange. Try holding your nose- I have to do that with the butter oil and it really helps.
