Flumist - A Quick Question

Is Flumist an H1N1 vax, seasonal flu vax, or both? Dumb question maybe, sorry, I just cant find my answer...

Both the H1N1 and the seasonal flu come in the mist and in the shot.

Both, and I've heard that it is necessary to wait a full month between the two. This is not the case with the injections which can be given at the same time.
