Oh - I'm so hoping that someone will have some tips here - I am having a heck of a time creating crispy chips made out of veggies - do you know the kind that you can buy at WF - like with carrot yam, green beans, etc?
I know I won't get it exactly like that, but I just want some crisp to them - they end up always being leathery - I want crisp!
Do I have to fry them first or something?
