Is anyone planning on checking out the Michael Jackson film this weekend or at some point during its 2 week run? I am going this weekend on Halloween! The previews and clips have been sooooo good and its been getting really good reviews!

eeek! Yes! I saw it on opening night with my mom! Amazing It was such an awesome glimpse into who he was as a person, working, on something he loved. This Is It would have been the most incredible concert to date, IMO. (As you can tell I'm a little bit of an MJ fan.....)

I saw it today and loved it. MJ still had his incredible dance moves, and he looked great. He was so kind to everyone around him. Even when he was frustrated with how something was turning out, he remained very respectful and level-headed. Another fan here-I adore MJ and thought the film was a great peek at how incredibly talented he still was, and what a beautiful human being he was.

OH yay! I am so happy you liked it because I loved it! I thought it was nice that they are extending the run for more than the 2 weeks they originally planned now more people can check it out.

A quick question for those of you have seen this movie. Is it appropriate for an 11 year old girl to see with a friend? I am not overly concerned about language use more about adult situations (I would prefer to watch with her so we could talk about adult situations if she had questions). The friend she is hoping to go with is a boy in her class. Thank you.

Totally appropriate for an 11 year old. The worst he does is grab his crotch, but what else is new.
I loved it! I took my daughter to see it last night--her first movie.
