Kombucha and m/c

I am 9 weeks pregnant and just found out my baby has no heartbeat My midwife said it would be better if I have a natural m/c and not a D&C. She said to just wait for the baby to come out. But I am so bad at waiting...it's only been 4 days and I can't stand it. What can I do? I heard Kombucha increases your chances of m/c so I've been drinking some. Anything else?
Thank you

I highly doubt that Kombucha really plays a role. I had 4 mc before I ever even heard of it, and 2 after I started drinking it.....

Just quietly wait. Your body will let go when its ready. It takes time for the hormones to drop enough.
A close friend went 7 weeks and everything was just fine in the end.
She almost had a D&C, and changed her mind at the last minute.

I think one heals better emotionally, if one goes through the whole process, rather then just getting rid of it in a clinical matter.

it's really weird how things work...1 minute after I wrote this, I went to the bathroom and realized I was bleeding. Hopefully, this is it.
