Well, I love how exercise makes me feel, preggo or not... it's just challenging to get it at the level I like, as my 2yo and 5yo also have their own ideas about pace, etc., lol! They sure teach us to enjoy the moment, eh? I finally did my kundalini yoga (or yogurt, as my 2 yo calls it), and it felt wonderful. It does not seem to matter if I leave the bed at 4:30 a.m. or 6:30 a.m., for the kiddos to register my absence from the bed 2 minutes later. But today, they slept for most of the hour-- yippee! I can't seem to nurse my 2 yo down to sleep and then motivate to get back up and do it then.
Walking is great, too. Went on a fast walk alone yesterday, and it was heaven. Just trying to be patient with myself, and do what I can, when I can.
Good job, all you mamas, and keep up the good work. Thanks for the motivation!
Oh, and I swam daily with my first son, and it felt great to be in that shape. And yeah for the running!
Wish I was running again prior to becoming pregnant, but was just preparing to start running again when we got pregnant. Oh well, all movement is good!
What kundalini prenatal video do you use? I was just wondering this morning if it is safe to do breath of fire while pregnant... glad to see there is a specific video out there. I'd love to know the name.
Well, off to get my booty off this chair and go move and get on with the day
