I was in jcpennys picking up pics g-ma had taken of DS and frankly got a little lost 
he started to get hungry in the furniture section so i found a comfy one to nurse in. just as we were almost done a clerk came to ask me if i needed any help. i told her no, "we are eating" she got a little agitated and said "you're eating?!" and came over to investigate. once she saw it was ds nursing she said "oh HE's eating, ok you go ahead!"
and i have learned to be more specific about what is being eaten when sitting in chairs that aren't mine! i'm just so glad we had a positive experience! i'm always nervous to nurse in crowded places.
