WTH? DH needs a letter of separation from one of his employers, and no one in the company will give him one! Is this even legal? I thought employers had an obligation to give out separation letters, especially if the employee asks for one. I've done a couple of google searches, but it looks like I need to tweak my search a bit, and I've got to get DS in the tub. We're in GA. I know that the employer or employee can terminate employment for no reason at all here.
Crap like this this is one of the reasons DH no longer works there
. He's got a feeling that they're going to screw around with his W2 also, and I know that BS is illegal
