Just wanted to announce real quick that Adriana Jo made her appearance into the world following an induction on 10/27 due to PIH.
I will update with more later but just wanted to note that it took 2 12-hour cervidil placements and approx 3 hours of pitocin before my water broke on it's own. Adriana was born vaginally later that evening.
8:39pm on October 29th (My mothers birthday!)
6lbs 15oz (She was est to be 7lb 13oz at 37 weeks... Ha!)
19.5 inches.
She was born with a one vessel umbilical cord which called for an extra ultrasound to check kidneys and other organs, but she passed it with flying colors.
We have a woman coming today to encapsulate my placenta and I can't wait!
