Charting to Avoid, November 2009 - Page 12

I'm tired all the time, too. I wish I could figure out why, hence going to the doc for blood work. I would use having kids as an excuse except I have plenty of friends with kids my age who seem to have a lot more energy than me. I get even more tired right around O, it seems. While usually I'm tired but can get stuff done and stay awake for the whole day, around O all I want to do is sleep. I get the same way for about a week before . The time I feel the most energized and the best physically is actually during .

Yeah, I am tired all of the time too..........what is up with this world? Maybe all of the technology is zapping us of our energy!

There was this really cool supplement in one of the Mothering magazines. It was like a liquid iron supplement, but it also had a bunch of other stuff in it that is souposed to help you absorb the iron better. I think my problem might be that I am a bit anemic - so I might try that. I wish I knew what it was called!

Anyways, my thermometor has dissapeared off the face of the earth, but I have been having fertile CM for about 5 days now. The weird thing is that I also got my very first Yeast Infection - yay me! - at around the exact same time. Does anyone know anything about that. I mean, I get that you sometimes get the cottage cheese crap (I know, TMI) but I didn't actually, I just got more of a cloudy CM that was very very slippery......

Floradix?

WWC: I was also going to point out your lowered & more stable temps, but your CM doesn't seem to be gearing up for O, so don't be surprised if you still have a while to go. I also wouldn't be surprised if it took a few cycles to clear out the extra phytoestrogens.

MW: Several cycles ago I was noticing a pattern of extreme fatigue on a certain CD, but I don't remember when it was! It was somewhere around O (maybe O day?)...not the beginning/end of the cycle.

I'm going to have to find some time to look up if I need to make any dietary or lifestyle changes to try to get my AF back on track...I used to get the temp drop & AM start, and lately I've had no temp drop & am starting in the late afternoon/evening. It's very annoying.

It sounds like you're talking about the Floradix iron supplement. It's supposed to be very easy on your system but, since it has a short shelf life, it seems fairly difficult to find. Stores don't stock it.

So another question to you all -- now I have a very lubricated / wet sensation and a wet spot on my underwear, but checking CF internally shows little CF, mostly lotiony. I'm recording it as watery. Does that sound consistent?

My chart.

Eresh ~ I don't know. Lubricative feeling is supposed to mean EW.

I'm always borderline anemic. I can't give blood because I don't have enough hemoglobin. But, when I go to the doc, they tell me my iron level is low but ok. I take extra iron and a B vitamin supplement. It doesn't seem to help.

Usually if I have EWCF then I find it when I check internally ... and I check every time I go to the bathroom pretty much. Ah well, it doesn't matter THAT much in that I'm treating it as fertile for CTA purposes and, so far at least, my temp shift when I O has been clear.

That's what matters. You should consider anything other than your BIP as fertile and act accordingly.

I'm pretty sure 3rd time's a charm! it's ~CD49 and I've geared up to O twice this month, then came down with a cold. I'm just getting over that second one and everything's pointing to extremely fertile with a temp dip this morning. Come on, body, you can do it!!!!

I know how you feel! I sometimes think I need to give my ovaries pep talks or their own personal cheerleading squad or something!

Does anyone else get ravenously horny around o? For me that's the biggest indicator that I'm going to o, I can't get enough. But it's only for a day or two and then it's 'eh, I guess'.

That said I think I o'ed yesterday.

I think that is pretty common - our bodies just LOVE to reproduce!

Yes! And not to mention that pretty much every other member of the male species seems to become significantly more good looking. Whenever I catch myself thinking "man, there are a lot of hot guys around today" I realise oh wait, I'm just ovulating!

I got confirmed O! CD19 just like I thought and I think I did have O pain, too. Now I can't decide whether or not to continue temping until shows or take a break.

My chart

Ok, I need some help here.

I don't wake up at the same time everyday. It's anywhere between 6am and 7:30am. I'm using ovusoft. How do I determine what time to use and how do I determine my temp?
Yay MW!!!

Griffskat: it definitely becomes more appealing!

Eirual: hmmm I haven't noticed that! But I went to go see New Moon of Twlight light last night, and I'm not normally one to go for muscles and movie stars...but no O for me, so I guess it's just legitimate, unignorable (?) hotness

AFM: 4th day in a row of 97.3! I checked the thermometer a few other times today, and it's def. not broken. Oh well. Will make it easy to see a temp jump! No fertile CF, though. CD 29. I guess it's nice not to have so much EW or W CF, but different, too.

Amen - i can usually tell when I'm Oing when I start checking out guys at the gas station etc. . .

GriffsKat: ravenous is the word -- i think I o'd yesterday too.

It seems very unfair that this is the time we have to have self control -- but I think my DH finds it entertaining to cheerfully tell me to wait a few more days. . .
P.S. Isn't it funny we have a "smilie" for AF but not for O? Maybe or or or or or
would work. . .

You can floradix online, I think I got it at amazon even. It only is supposed to last a month but I have been still using mine after a few months... maybe that's bad. I'm always anemic and it's not iron deficiency. I'm supposed to go get it checked out further at some point.

I have the same cf you do, and it was like that almost every day last month. I have no clue what it means (besides constant condoms).

At least that's how I feel around this time anyway.
