We did really well last month. I'm in again. I won't post the whole month, even though I already have it planned out. Too much bandwidth to reproduce it.
For this week:
1 - Chicken quesadilla (grilled chicken, homemade salsa, onions, peppers, cheese)
2 - breakfast hash quiche (sausage, peppers, onions, potatoes, cheese)
3 - Salisbury steak, oven roasted asparagus, basmati rice
4 - FFY (I work late, dh teaches late)
5 - make your own pizza (I make the dough and sauce from scratch and sit out ingredients for people to choose from)
6 - fajitas and spanish rice (made using some of the rice from the 3rd)
7 - Having the neighbors over for a bonfire
I have eating out written in for 3 times this month and take out twice. Once for takeout pizza and once on Thanksgiving Eve, as I will be frantically working on Thanksgiving Dinner already in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.

I am going to join you this month if that is OK. I just started work from home again after 9 months off, and the urge to order in is big
. I just can't seen to find the time to cook. So, I am aiming for quick and easy meals this month.
1. Breakfast muffins, home-made fries.
2. Breakfast pancakes

i'm in
I usually do a decent job of cooking all our meals, but have a six week old so it's been a couple of months of not doing so well. Maybe this will help me get back on track. I plan for the week. Maybe I'll do a smiley by the days that I stick to the plan.1)Leftover quiche

2)Nachos using chips DH got on discount, leftover pintos and rice, cheese, plain yogurt and salsa (missing the green vegis but it was soccer night)

3)Pesto pasta with green beans, bacon, and garlic bread
4)Egg salad sandwiches with bacon and arugula (school function that night)
5)Chicken leg quarters in cream sauce with broccoli and rice
6)mac-n-cheese with hot dogs (I know, really low brow but the kids love it) and some kind of green thing from garden
7)Vegi soup from freezer plus grilled cheese sandwiches
Also made granola today for breakfast this week and plan to make several batches of muffins on Wednesday ... enough for us for snacks and also enough for a school event.

1. indian curry with garbanzo beans, coconut milk and veggies.
2. pan fried caribou, mashed potatoes and salad.
3. asian stir fry with caribou and veggies.
4. spinach salad with caesar dressing (if i have everything to make it...) and chicken mixed in and roasted squash on the side.
5. gnocchi with pesto and extra pine nuts on top and salad.
6. whole wheat pasta with alfredo, veggies and maybe chicken. (we don't usually eat so much meat!)
i am definitely going to be checking this thread for new dinner ideas. we love cooking at home, but there are so many fun restaurants to go to...but we really can't be spending the money right now on eating out.
