OMG!!! I wanted to play so badly, but I am going crazy here. :-( My inbox has over 600 emails in it that I have to respond to. Stupid Ida really messed up my schedule:-( Please take me off the list this go-round and hopefully I can play next time.

So what is everyone going to write about on the 18th? Since it's a blog carnival of MDC mamas, I think I am going to do part 3 to my pregnancy and birth posts (part 2 is up today if you are interested). That is a subject near and dear to many of our hearts, right?

Part 3 will be on cesarean sections and will finish up the series with ways to empower yourself to give birth naturally. (I think, I haven't started on it.)

Anyone else know what they're going to write about?

I haven't decided. I was thinking that since this was mothering, I would do something related to parenting...but I'm not feeling any real motivation to write about that. I think I'll probably do something money-related so that any visitors get a taste of what I normally talk about. Maybe I'll tie it to parenting in a 'cost of' sense. I'm not sure.

I'm still trying to figure out what recipe to use on the 17th!!

I have no clue. I'll probably go through my drafts and see what i can polish up that fits. I have quite a few different parenting ones.

For us it's a seasonal crafty type project. Kind of a mix of a look at a typical activity for us, a seasonal post, and an unschooling post.

What about everyone's plans for the rest of the month? Are you finding it easier to blog every day as we approach the end, or harder?

I have two posts finalized and scheduled, just in case I have a crazy day. But it's been a little easier to find topics to write about.

Now time to write . . . that's a whole different issue.

When I'm at work (overnights), I'm generally okay to post. My weekends are another story . I don't want to make excuses, but I've had a lot going on. Sitting here thinking about it right now, I feel like that should have made it EASIER to write (lots to talk about). But in that moment, I just can't get my thoughts together to write anything out.

I'm also regretting telling so many people about my blog. I have a few big things going on that would be great material...and it would help me to hash them out on paper...but I feel like I need to censor myself as to not offend my parents/friends/co-workers. I also can't really give much of an opinion regarding current events/politics/etc because of my job.

Okay, I'm getting off-topic .....

Ugh, I cannot seem to wrap my brain around words today. I'm proud of myself for posting every day so far, but I'm so burnt out with these kids, all their activities, the messes. Hopefully I'll come up with something later.

I'm finding it easier to blog daily. Right now I'm two posts ahead (scheduled) and have one in draft form.

I'm finding that NaBloPoMo is really helping me get organized and keep up. Surprisingly even the week of illness didn't prevent my daily posts.

It helps that I hate to fail.
