For the regular Toll House recipe, I always either decrease the butter a little OR increase the flour a bit.
I also have perfected a healthy cc recipe using wwpastry flour, oatmeal, flax seed & "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" (no cholesterol, half sat. fat). One more experiment with egg whites and then I'm done!
