I'm working with another mom this month to come up with a craft project to do with DS's preschool class. I'd love to do something that uses recycled materials, so I'm looking for some inspiration. Do you know of any good websites, blogs or books that might provide some good ideas?

Hi B&G!! I don't have any ideas- I have recently learned that I am way behind in crafts for DS- I thought maybe you could cross post in one of the School forums- either at school or homeschool.
Good luck! |

These may be out dated craft ideas. But I remember making a caterpillar out of an empty egg carton. Cut it in half long ways and then cut those in half so there are 6 sections for each. Turn them upside down and paint them like caterpillars. Add googly eyes and pipe cleaners for the antennae.
I found this website that has tons of craft ideas using recycled items. I haven't tried any yet. But would like to.

Girls if you add crafts to the weekly playdates I might just have to interrupt Q's naps and drag him along more often!
