Book Recommendation?

Thread Starter
My LO isnt due until March and I'm already worried about needing to explain to people why I'm choosing to EBF. I know, personally why, but I'm looking for some good books or resources with hard facts about EBF.

Any suggestions?

I'm sure you will get lots of good book recommendations - I like kellymom.com for all sorts of good info and facts. Educating yourself about breastfeeding is important so you know what to expect as well as the common problems. Let me suggest that explaining or justifying your choices isn't worth the effort unless someone is really asking, seeking information. I've found that a good answer for us is - this is what works for our family. No explanation, no room for counter opinion.

So That's What They're For by Janet Tamaro! Seriously one of the best breastfeeding books I've ever read. I always suggest it to mamas who are looking to breastfeed!
