We have been TTC for 4 months at home and I am 36 - so I think it is time to move beyond the at-home-syringe-method. We are using a fresh donor (my wife's brother actually) - so do you know of any clinics, doctors, etc in the Bay Area that will accept his sperm (without feezing/waiting) and use for IUI? Thanks!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Most clinics that preform IUI will wash your donor's sperm for you and its generally included inside the IUI fee. I would call Pacific Fertility Center because I have heard many great things about that clinic. I'm not sure if they will make him do testing for STDs and genetic abnormalities though.
