Does anyone else on here watch Little Mosque on the Prairie?

(And does anyone else think this season has been rather blah so far? )

Yes I love the show.
This season I don't know what they are on about! It's about...nothing really.
What happened to the original priest? And where is Babar's daughter? And why does Fatima not have a bigger role?
...I was hoping the plot line would be about Rayyan and Amar falling in love this season

I am not caught up, I think I'm on season 3. The show is pretty lame - but I love it! Bummer if it's jumped the shark.

I hadn't even noticed that Babar's daughter is missing, but now that you mention it ... yeah, what's up with that?

I find the whole thing between Amaar and the new priest just embarrassing to watch, tbh. I really hope they wrap that up SOON. Or rather, the new priest is so unlikeable a caricature that for a good-natured show he's getting way too focus.

I'm still catching up too, most of the way through the third season. I agree with Ammaarah, the show is pretty lame but I love it anyway.

I'm not too crazy about the new season either, though I do like the show. As mentioned above I was hoping they'd continue to develop the relationship between Rayyan and Amaar.

the only reason i keep watching is to see what happens between rayyan and amar.

I'm hoping the actor who played him left for other options, and not that he was deliberately written out.

I can see the writers maybe not wanting Amaar and Rayyan to get together ... I mean, how many shows have been blown by turning sexual tension into an actual coupling ... but you'd think they'd at least stick with the tension rather than just blowing the whole thing off like they seem to be.

I'm starting to wonder if there are new writers altogether. Bad, bad writers.

i so agree ... i wondered too if they had new writers because there seems to be no continuity between this season and the past seasons. it's just not plausible that the sexual tension between amaar and rayyan would fizzle out for no reason.

I've tried watching couldn't get into it...I'm going to try again from the beginning...but I agree w MusicianDad...I miss corner gas! The odds(band that wrote/sing the theme for corner gas) did the "holiday Train" that C.N puts on and watching them play tonight made me think yet again how much I miss new corner gas

Anyone watch the end of season 5? Finally a season that had more things happening and funnier plot lines than the last couple seasons!

I read they were renewed for 6 seasons though. Hope there's more!
