Recommend a good phycological thriller (book).

I just finished Shutter Island By Dennis Lehane and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd love to read something else like that. A good phycological thriller with a twist. I'm bored with the whole murder mystery, good cop bad cop thing. I really like the period setting of this book, and I find the old asylums both fascinating and creepy at the same time.

Any recommendations?

I think Dean Koontz writes great thrillers, but they can be a little graphic.

Okay a lot graphic, but they're good.
