first PPAF - itchy?!

I just got AF back - 14.5 mos post partum - but everything is very itchy!! is this normal- like maybe a ph change in the vagina?

I would guess yeast, pretty common with hormonal changes.

It's totally normal for me. I thought it was yeast forever, but found it's more of a progesterone issue. I find I do best if I keep the area really clean by wiping down with some heavily diluted gfse. I'll also use a tiny bit of a non-Rx progesterone cream if it's really bad.

Thanks for your replies! Evie's Mama - what do you mean by 'gfse'? And do you know how I can tell whether it's yeast or low progesterone?

grapefruit seed extract = gfse
it would be good for yeast too, so worth a shot for sure!
