my body loves that i am not pregnant - my face finally doesn't look crazy-bloated, feeling a bit more normal

i didn't weigh myself during most of my pregnancy (was afraid to!) since i was on restricted travel and physical activity at 15wks then strict bedrest for 6wks and a long recovery from this emergency-c (3wks) and another week and a half with a nasty bladder infection

last week when i was finally feeling better i figured i needed to face the scale. and somehow i am only 4lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. i was surprised and relieved - small miracle after a ca ca pregnancy. thinks are definitely a bit floppy with the lack of activity during that time though

Out of curiosity I wanted to see how much more I had lost since my last weigh-in 3 days ago. I had lost another 10lbs to make a total of approx 30. That's kind of shocking to me but I'll take it.

Hilarious! I was almost as glad to see the bones in my feet and ankles as I was to meet my DD!!!

I gained 25 lbs during pregnancy, and one week PP had lost all but 5 of that... I was all belly and water, though - had HUGE fluid retention issues... I did nothing but pee for days after the birth it seemed. My ankles and feet were back to normal in about 4 or 5 days. At one month PP, I'm still only up 5 lbs over pre-preg weight, which I'm happy about, but the lay of the land ain't what it used to be! My old clothes are still pretty tight in the waist and hips.

I think I've lost all of the "quick baby weight". And now I'm to the maybe loose a pound a week point. Ugg. Hate this part. Need to loose about 15 to get to pre pregnancy weight but another 15 to get where I should be. Aiming for 1 lb a week and waiting to be 6 weeks pp so I can start to exercise.

I am almost 2 1/2 weeks out and have lost only 16 pounds. Those 16 were gone the day AFTER he was born too. Since then....nothing. Lovely. I really struggle to loose weight nursing. I am hoping exercise will help when the time is right. I really feel like there must be more water weight because I can wear clothes that I wouldn't have been able to if all this weight wasn't due to being pregnant. Maybe exercise is needed to move more of it?

3 weeks out and i'm still only 5-10 lbs down. I wanna know what gives! I'm not eating THAT much. My tummy is HUGE too, it wasn't this big after having my twins! This is insane and very frustrating
