Ameda flexishield??

Has anyone used this? I didn't come up with much of anything on a search here or a Google search. I have small nipples (I guess), and using a 24 mm flange is way too big. Plus, the silicone seems like it would be much more comfortable than the regular hard plastic...

I use them. I don't think they necessarily increased milk pumped but do make it more comfortable. I also have small nipples.
