ok, I have the following leftovers from tonight's dinner: chuck roast (made in the slow cooker), gravy, peas. What can I make with these ingredients that can be frozen and served some late or lazy night this winter? Thanks!

My thought exactly! Just be sure (which you probably already know) that when you take it out of the freezer to use, don't defrost first (the potatoes will get watery/gluey) just pop it right into the oven!

That's what I would make, too. If you didn't want to freeze it, you could make a soup. Just chop and add carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, frozen corn, etc. Broth or water for the liquid.

I think gravy would probably be great in shepherd's pie.
