Nursing Bra?

Has anyone found a good brand that provides support but doesn't cost a billion dollars? I'm also having issues finding 34DD. Mostly for support, I'm wearing normal bras and just unhooking at feeding time but it's sort of a PIA.

Help!

I love Bravado bras. I wear the plus style and think they are comfortable and pretty supportive. I wear a DDD cup.

I have a bunch of Elle MacPherson nursing bras that we picked up at expressiva on sale ($30 normally $60+). I do have a great bra that I picked up at Target though for $10 (on sale at the time, but normally maybe $14.99). It is underwire which can be a no no for some, but hasn't caused me any problems. It lifts and separates which I like, no uniboob!! It is white and lacy too so it doesn't look like a nursing bra, oh and I am also 34DD. If you don't want to spend much I would check out Target or Walmart.

I have 2 from Target. One is an underwire and it's really comfortable. It's just white cotton- wish they had it in black too, but they just have white and nude. It was $14.99.

The other one is AWFUL. Avoid this one! It's not underwire, just has a sports-bra type elastic band. Apparently it's a sleep bra, which is why the material is so comfy, but I didn't realize and wore it as a regular bra? Maybe that's why. By the end of the first day wearing it, that band had folded in half. There's a crease now that doesn't go away- not great for support! Also the inner lining is mesh, which is nice and breathable, but it is oddly higher than the bra, so it can be seen with v-neck shirts.

My favorite bra right now is actually just a sports bra. I just lift it up and get the boob out from the bottom. It's so much easier than fiddling with the nursing clasps.

This is my favorite bra, unfortunately it doesn't come in a 34DD, but have you tried a 36C or 36D? Sometimes if I go up in band size and down in cup size the bra works for me.

The reason I like this bra so much is that it doesn't have underwire but does have a really supportive band area under the cups. The only draw backs are the super industrial sized straps--but they probably help make the bra so comfortable. Read the reviews--people love this bra. And at only $15 it's quite a deal.

Good luck finding something that works!
