Probiotics

Hey -

Wondering if anyone knows just how much baby benefits from mama taking probiotics when exclusively BF...? I'm wondering if taking more could help with the thrush we just can't seem to get rid of. (oddly enough, the thrush is, and has been for about a week and a half now, relegated to a couple white patches inside her cheek and my nipples being a little red and sore - that's it; hasn't gotten worse, hasn't gotten better)

Also, is it possible it (the probiotic) could make her poop green? I know - it's probably a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance, but I thought this MAY be a contributor..??

I would say it is a good idea to take a probiotic while b/f. For you as well as baby.

As far as the green poop, no.

Thursh-I know that my friend used something and I forget the name. Maybe post something in heath and healing?
