Nevada, jumping through hoops for religious exemption, please help.

My friend is getting his health card tomorrow, its because he will handle food in his new job.
The health card requirements say the Hep A vaccine is required, how can he get around this?

EDIT - Okay well that was my first question from yesterday about if he can even get an exemption! I didn't think I should start a new thread, soo...
Well we went today, they had us call a number, then we got a call back to set up a time to go to the "vaccine education class" then he has to get a letter from the health department. Is this all necessary?? There has to be an easier, quicker way.

Looks like he can get a religious exemption, but it says to get an exemption you have to watch a wonderful movie about vaccines. Does he have to watch it?

i got a religious one for my ds for pre-school so i have no idea about the adult ones.

if watching the video means no shot, i'd just watch the video. is there a reason he doesn't want to watch it?

He needs to get it quickly for a new job, can't start till he has it.

The lady who called back to schedule a time for the movie was very nice and seems like it may be easier and quicker than others were saying, he is going on tuesday. The other health district workers were making it sound like a week to get into the movie, then to wait for a letter and such.

I signed up for the movie too, I want to see the fire and brimstone vaccine piece.
