**Please help!** I'm going crazy!

HI ladies, I haven't posted in forever but really need some help.

I need a knit dress pattern in size 5T - 6 for my daughter.

It needs to be long sleeved. I love the Hanna Anderson, LL Bean type dresses. I know on a post a few years ago someone said kwik sew used to have a dress pattern like this and now I can't find it! My daughter has issues that prevent her from wearing pants and I am desperate to find a pattern so I can make her some dresses. I have looked *everywhere* and can't find one..

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I love the Comfy Dress pattern by Sew Baby but it stops at 4t and is too small....

There is a Kwiksew pattern that looks Hannaish. Also I have a Mccall one that is for a woven, but could easily be adapted to knit.

OMG that's it!!!

THANK YOU SO VERY, VERY MUCH!

I have driven not only myself, but my kids crazy today looking for this pattern! I can't afford to buy these dresses and desperately need some of these for DD before fall/winter hits here in FL.

Will order ASAP.

*whew* Huge sigh of relief!

Gotta love the ladies here on MDC!

I drafted a pattern like that for my 6 yr old because she is very sensitive to seams and itchy fabric, so she practically refuses to wear pants. She lives in these dresses. I used her measurements and the directions in this book:

Kids' Clothes Sew Easy.

One other tip for this kind of dress is that you can also take an old T-shirt and attach a pretty fabric skirt of the bottom. It could be knit or woven. Very cute and super-easy. Just gather it up and hem it. You can shorten the T-shirt a bit.
