Bumkins covers and Super Brite for trifolding?

Does anyone love these covers? I have a Bummis SWW and I like it fine and I really like the Imse Vimse Organic Cotton. But I need to buy a couple more covers and I am currently trifolding prefolds in the covers. What do you all think about trifolding? Has anyone trifolded from infant to toddler stages? What are the pro's and con's?

Much more likely to get a poo blowout with a trifold, but they work great for pees...during the day. Mine sleeps on his side so trifolds at night leak.

I agree with pp that containing poops especially running ones would be an issue with just using the trifold, as well as leaking possibly overnight. But the great thing about prefolds and covers is you could use a different fold for nighttime and the cover would still work - although you may need pins or a snappi.
