I drive waaaaaaay the heck up to Alameda because I see a friend. She is really awesome and she specializes in fertility/women's issues. She came down and helped out during my birth too. She's $140/session, which isn't cheap. For me it is helpful enough. I think I have more wiggle room in my budget than you though.
