I have about 60# of apples, 40# of pears and 10# of cranberries I need to do something with this weekend. I can freeze part of the cranberries but I was thinking of making some sort of combination sauce.

Has anyone done a combination of these three with good results? Would you mind sharing the proportions you used? My only limitation is that the sauce cannot contain added sugar so I'm not sure it will work or not.
