My 4th grader doing oak meadow this year needs a micoscope but the book does not give information into that kind or how good of one is needed. It is just used to show the child a world they are not used to seeing the patterns in that world.
I want to get her a kit with some pre-made slides. I think it should be basic and not too costly I am thinking as something better will be gotten for highschool. I am just not sure though what is worth getting.
