currclick live classes?

has anyone participated with the currclick live classes?

we took one when they first began and it was pretty lame. granted, it was only $1.99, so i'm not complaining really - but the class i'm interested in now is $25. from the description, it seems like the issues i had previously have since been improved (the audio was terrible). anyway - i would love feed back. i'm looking at this class for my dd.

i posted previously about wanting ideas to help with her ability to write more independently, & this looks like a fun interactive class that she may really enjoy (it's for ages 6-10 and she is 8). i would much prefer something along these lines, as opposed to utilizing more curriculum. plus, i really think my dd would love something like this!

anyway... feedback with live lessons? experience?

We signed up for the free Science Jim class and dd1 is now taking his Scientific Method course. We actually know this instructor and dd has taken his in person classes for a little over a year.

The free class worked great. There were technical problems that cause audio problems the first Scientific Method class. This week, the webinar never launched so he re-scheduled the class.

The classes themselves are great...not at all lame. She's really getting alot out of them.

Would you mind updating us later? I've seen a few courses that my kids might be interested in but always hesitated last minute.
