Does anyone else track their food and fitness and set goals through SparkPeople? I started this a month ago and have had great success, I just wondered if anyone else was familiar with this free program>?

I've been a member of SP for a few months now and love the site. I've been really bad about remaining consistent but when I did, I lost about 6 pounds. Definitely a great site. I recommend it to all.

I've been a member of Sparkpeople for years. I love it. I've been also using their BabyFit site since I'm pregnant, but still mostly rely on the SP for tracking... although I'm probably the only one on there right now who has their weight goals set to gain

I'll have to look up the MDC group. They have some great support groups on there that fit anyone's interest. Good luck and enjoy it. It's really a great site.

I just joined a few days ago and am really impressed with it so far. I have been tracking my fitness for years now however tracking calories is so much harder for me. Sparkpeople has made that easy too. It's helping me with my portions although I do like to eat more fat and less carbs than they recommend.

Hi all. I was a member of sparks in 2006 when I lost 65 pounds. I fell of the wagon so to speak and stopped going to sparks. I also gained about half of that 65. But I am back again. I started a few days ago. I have already lost a few pounds. I am excited to get it going again. I am candipooh on sparks as well.

I'm the same user name there I think...I've been on and off again since the new year. Hopefully more on! I find it really helps me to understand the amount of calories I take in. Sometimes I'm surprised by how many cals are in things!
