Question about results of Elisa food panel results

I just got my results back from my IgG ELISA food panel. I have a couple of questions and hoping one of you wise woman can answer. I reacted to cow's milk (which I knew I would) and yogurt, but not to cheese. My dr. said that is common, and that the more aged the cheese I could have. But I am hesitant to try, and wondering what the limit is-like I am assuming mozzarella is a no, but it did say cottage cheese was ok, so I am confused. What about feta? What cheeses do I trial?

Also, I am wondering if raw milk would make a difference?

I have been gluten free for 12 weeks, and recently trialed wheat before the test results came back. I had noticed no difference being off gluten, and no differences trialing it, but my results were mildly allergic (1 for gluten, 2 for wheat). Should I stay off gluten even though I noticed no difference, or go with the test results?

I know nothing is going to answer my questions 100% except trial and error, but wondering what experiences you all have had.

Thanks!

One more thing-what about butter? A NP told me this summer that I could probably do butter, and so I also recently trialed it with no problems, but the info I got with my results says no butter. So again, what about your experiences? Thank you!

lactose intolerance would make it so that you could have hard cheeses, yogurt, and butter. But that's strange for a milk intolerance. I'd do what the test says for a month or so and see if it helps...
