infant massage on netflix

For those of you with Netflix, there's a video on watch instantly that walks you through an infant massage.

I've looked at a few books but massage is much easier to do when you can see the techniques being done.

Adelaide is fresh out of the bath and is nursing now, I can't wait to try the massage when she's done!

Funny... we just got that one in the mail from netflix last week. Was helpful. This week my Hubby got us "Shoot em up" Boy was I glad it helped our vaccine conversations out immensely.

ooo I'll have to look at Shoot em Up. We talked and talked and thought and researched and TALKED about vaccinations and I'm still not sure about the decision we reached! lol I think that's par for the course.

The massage tape was good. It wasn't too long, so she didn't get cold. Have extra diapers around though, we went through three! Apparently we worked out all kinds of stopped up stuff! She seemed pretty happy with it and really enjoyed some parts.

There's also parts for massaging a colicky baby, a fussy baby, and a premie.

I'd love to hear what you guys thought of it as well. It's fun to try this now that our babes are big enough to clearly express whether they do or do not like it.
