My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

That is a nice site. I like their section on Thanksgiving.
I was just talking to hubby last night about a friends Thanksgiving dinner prayer from last year. I am a Reverend and have yet to understand when people celebrate Thanksgiving and say thank you to the Turkey for giving its life. It isn't accurate. It should be a forgiveness for taking the life of the animal to "nourish" their bodies. Somewhere things got changed about and everyone thinks the animals are just so gracious for giving their lives. I wonder if it is a comfort thing to make the human who is saying it feel better about their choice? I don't have a problem with others eating meat btw. My daughter eats chicken and fish and that is her choice.
I just wonder why people have such a strange way of viewing it.
Thank you for the link!
Peace & Blessings,
Jo
