"airplanes" books, art ideas, finger plays??

... for the 3-6ish range? DD has been into them for months, and the interest seems to be here to stay

DH flies. Dh is a flight history buff.

both my boys are all into planes.

we just got these books for bds this fall and DH likes them, and so do they boys.

that one has great art, mostly WWII, and the plnes look right.

We got this one too:

but it is really worthless. it is cornkey and not really about planes.

I have a number of sites saved on making paper airplanes and so on -- but they are older kids.

You'll find some fun things if you google "airplane fingerplays." Also google "children's books about airplanes," and "children's crafts for airplanes," and you'll find lots of cute ideas. Lillian
