Canadian H1N1 vaccine question!

Given the majority of the info I can find on the net is related to U.S. vaccines, I have a few questions:

1. Is GlaxoSmithKline's (Arepanrix™ H1N1) the only one being used in Canada?

2. Anyone know where to find the product insert?

1. yes for the regular adjuvant version - not sure about the non-adjuvanted version.
