it depends on which state you are in. they are happy to mist up the school kids and health care workers in NY and NJ - but VT, as a state-wide health policy, does not allow flu mist of any kind in school clinic settings. Guess VT health officials have read those pesky inserts.

I live in VT. I think it is the local citizens who are pesky. Everything gets debated around here. You should have heard the local debate about two compost operations that were in danger of being closed down for violating regulations!

VT is a great place to live if you enjoy arguments. The weird thing is, though, that people generally manage to get along with each other in between the hollering. Small town life.

Well, wait a moment, here...

if someone dies of the flu, it is the fault of the flu, not of their underlying condition. At most, their overall health is just a factor in the death, but it wouldn't have happened right then if not for the exposure to influenza.

but if someone dies or gets very sick from the vaccine, the vaccine gets excused because the person had a previous health condition?

There is something very wrong with this reasoning.

They just want to carry out their plans with no hindrances, EVEN IF SOMEONE DIES. And to think people whine about human rights violations by OTHER governments...
