To get back to the mumps outbreak. From what I gathered from the second article, the age range was 11+, so the vaccine had worn off by then is what it looks like.
Them saying the child contacted the mumps from unvaccinated young adults in the UK-had those children been vaxed as children or never vaccinated?

That is the truth.

This is the first generation of childbearing age women who have no natural immunity to diseases that they should have developed in childhood. There is a concern about this in the medical community, but they are reactive, not proactive, when it comes to solving problems that they themselves have caused.

Why admit that you've caused a problem? Easier to point to parents who are refusing vaccines and blame all problems on this group.
