Turmeric while bf'ing

Hey all. I'm wanting to start taking turmeric for some psoriasis/inflammation issues, but want to make certain that it's okay to take it while bf'ing my 18 month old (I'm also bf'ing my 4 yr old, but not nearly as much, and he's much older). All the info I've found online has been CYA, this hasn't been studied stuff. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I take it for my crohn's. Its such a widely used spice in India, I dont think it can cause any issues with BFing.

I use turmeric in my cooking all the time...I'm also nursing. Not sure why it would cause harm? It's just a spice

Uhm, it's awesomely tasty and I eat it a lot. I don't think it's caused problems...

Man! One more thing to be paranoid about!
