How often does your older infant pee, and how old is he/she?

DS is 11 months, and so far this morning he has peed at least 7 times within 4 hours. we are also doing EC and so i am exhausted just trying to keep up as well as get things done(and today we missedf all his pees in the potty). did not eat a SINGLE thing for breakfast yet since wakuing up 4 hours ago and only just NOW was able rto use the bathroom. is this normal amount of peeing? cant eat grab and go foods since we are daeling with allergies and i have to cook everything. no time to cook trying to keep up with him so active. HOW do you mamas do it?

oops i thionk i am toooo exhasted, just realized maybe this is thewrong forum to post this.

I used to count the diapers when I hung them on the line, and my daughter went through 10 per day from birth until she started using the potty, at which point it went down. Granted, I may have ended up counting a few diapers that were being used for other things. But some kids just pee a lot.

When I first started my son on cloth diapers when he was 8 months old, he was peeing just about every 15-30 minutes. After about a week or so he drastically cut down his peeing. I think it took him figuring out that he could control his bladder a bit more, and have the motivation because he wasn't going to be dry after every little tinkle like in a sposie. Now he is probably peeing 6-7 times a day.
