Help! Neighbor is nuts for ozium

So the neighbor guy, a couple of times a week, goes up and down the stairs spraying ozium everywhere---like puts his finger on the thing and doesn't take it off. He sprays it on all the door handles and mailboxes, etc. Today I opened up all the entry doors so I could breathe and mentioned to him that when using ozium one only needs a quick burst. He said he's killing the germs because it's cold season. I say "not a disinfectant, my friend" he says "oh yeah! It kills everything"

So, my smarty friends, I can't find the product information on ozium but I'm quite certain it is not, in fact, a disinfectant. Can anyone find something to back me up? I swear I taste it!

I don't even know what ozium is.

ETA: O.K. I googled it. You can get info on it there, and it appears that the EPA has approved it for killing germs. Do you live in an apartment house?
