Tell her to get him in to see a pediatric GI specialist A.S.A.P. and not to wean of course. He may have Eosinophilic Esophogitis. Refusing to eat, and FTT are the biggest symptoms! Food allergies are also a symptom of E.E.! My daughter has an eosinophilic disorder. Tell her to look it up.

oops, I didn't see the update. Also I wanted to add, you mentioned problems with elimination. I mentioned in my pp that my dd has an eosinophilic disorder. It's eosinophilic colitis. It is diagnosed by colonoscopy *biopsy* anyway she has the sensory issues, had the feeding issues, has the pooping issues, and has the food allergies just like your ds. This again might be worth ruling out. It's treatable, although it is a P.I. T. A.
